Dave was so helpful with a rug we had bought in Morocco and shipped from Morocco. We hadn’t had it cleaned since we bought it and it was about time to do so! We were extremely worried about getting it cleaned because it’s one of a kind and so unique. Dave conducted several tests on the rugs dyes and structure before cleaning it to make sure he did it properly. When we got our Moroccan rug back, it was so full of life, more colorful and cleaned beautifully. Not only that, but such a great price for such a delicate piece. We will always go to rug renew to get our rugs cleaned. Thank you Dave!

Dave is an incredible craftsman, very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. I brought him a rug that was equal parts dirty and beautiful and he removed all the dirty and maintained all the beautiful. I highly recommend.

Dave and his team did an amazing job of cleaning and protecting my five rugs to ensure their protection for the long-term. These rugs mean a lot to me and it was important that I chose a service that would respect the rugs as much as I do. I highly recommend Rug Renew for any rug cleaning needs.

My filthy rug was cleaned beautifully and was back in my home in just 24 hours! Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, and were able to get me an appointment the next day. I’ll be bringing my other rugs in very soon.

I've been looking for a place that could clean my custom made rug, but I had a difficulty to find the right place. Most of the rug cleaners offer dry cleaning, which was not what I was looking for. My rug was not just dirty, but also my little dog did pee in several places, also we have visitors sometimes with little kids which are just introduced to potty, but sometimes have an accident and of course on our fluffy rug, no complains, but rug needed to be cleaned. I tried to wash it myself in my backyard, which did not help at all and made it worse. So these guys, picked up wet, dirty rug and cleaned it to the condition like brand new. I'm very satisfied with the results of their work. I liked the fact that they were friendly and picked up my rug very fast, understanding urgency of work. I do recommend this place to anyone with dirty rugs, when chemical dry cleaning won't work.

We had a plumbing leak that resulted in our very thick and heavy 17 x 13 rug needing a professional cleaning. I contacted several rug cleaning companies, but when I talked to Dave Nichols from Rug Renew, it was clear that he was the most knowledgeable about how to tackle the stains in the rug. His price was competitive and he offered a discount for military service. We watched the YouTube videos for Rug Renew and were confident the process used would not only clean our rug, but preserve it. We were not disappointed- in fact, we were very pleased with the outcome. We will be using Rug Renew to clean additional rugs in our home and we highly recommend Dave and Rug Renew to anyone who owns a rug needing a good cleaning.
