Dave at Rug Renew saved my rug. It had been ruined by a rented rug cleaner that should never have been used on it. This was a very expensive wool area rug that had been designed to match our interior and not easily replaced. What Dave was able to is nothing short of a miracle! He treated it numerous times and was a perfectionist continuing to work on getting it’s beauty back. I would leave 10 stars if I could, Rug Renew / Above & Beyond Carpet Care was that good! Their work is impeccable, their customer service is stellar, and it was an all around amazing experience! With 2 small kids, our rugs and couches were in desperate need of a little TLC. Alec and Dave went above and beyond to take care of 5 rugs, a giant sectional, and 2 side chairs. Everything seriously looks brand new! I am so happy with the company and service, would recommend to anybody looking to refresh their rugs, carpet, or furniture!

It’s a rarity today to find quality service companies ! I had a reminder call from Tabatha on Friday confirming my appointment for today – very friendly. Dave Nichols (Owner) showed up on time, functioned in a professional manner, explained the processes and new technology to be used on my rugs and took extra care while working in my home.
Most service people are lucky to hit one of these attributes. Dave was more than fair on pricing for cleaning my large living room rug. While it may be trite to use the term “passion”, as it relates to one’s work…Dave’s got it! Highly recommended.

I was referred to Rug Renew by Cole’s Carpets, where I purchased two beautiful Nepalese rugs years ago. After checking out the videos/photos on their website and speaking with Dave, I felt very confident that they would do an outstanding job. The rugs were long overdue for a cleaning, with the fringes on one rug being exceptionally soiled. The results were amazing! They look better than when I first bought them! The colors seem richer, the texture is softer, and the fringes are sparkling clean. Rug Renew treated our rugs with moth repellant due to some minor moth damage that we were unaware of, and Dave spent some time explaining what we could do to prevent further damage. Overall, the service was exceptional. We were kept informed of the progress of our rugs and delivery via text/email/phone. Our rugs were treated with care by very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly people at a very fair price. I highly recommend them
